Institute of Petroleum Management Gandhinagar Admission Notification, 2009
Institute of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar, or IPMG as it is shortly known was set up under Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI) primarily as a canter of excellence to develop human resources to cater to the petroleum and allied energy sectors. It has been promoted with the initiative of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd (GSPC) a Gujarat government undertaking, which is a leader in the energy sector. The Institute of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar has brought out the admission notification for admission to the 2 year PGDM (Focused on Oil and Gas Sector). Admission to the IPMG PGDM programme is based on the performance of the candidates on the Common Admission test (CAT), Group Discussion and interview.
Eligibility Criteria: For admission to the PGDM programme of the IPMG, candidates need to pass their graduation with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply for the course.
All the candidates must appear for the CAT conducted by IIMs on 16th November, 2008.
Admission procedure: The application form of IPMG admission is available online and candidates are supposed to fill up the online application form and submit it in order to generate the bank- pay- in slip. Candidates need to bring a demand draft of Rs. 2000, which should be drawn in favor of Institute of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar.
