About Ashutosh College
Ashutosh College was founded by Sir Asutosh Mookhrjee on 17th July 1916. The college had been originally named as South Suburban College. After Sir Asutosh's demise on May 24, 1924 the college was renamed as Asutosh College. Finally in 1935 the college was shifted to its current location at 92, S.P. Mookherjee Road.

Admission Procedure at Ashutosh College, Kolkata
Candidates who wish to apply for admission to the courses offered by the college can collect the admission form from the college itself by payment of Rs60/80/100.Candidates can also download the forms from the college website. Forms for admission to sessions starting from 2009 will be available from 2nd June, 2009 to 6th June, 2009.
