About S.A. Jaipuria College, Kolkata
Jaipuria College in Kolkata was established in June, 1945 by the Jaipuria family of Kolkata. It is a memorial to late Seth Anandram Jaipuria. The college offers admission to students of all communities. The college runs three shifts: Morning shift only for girls, Day shift for both girls and boys, and Evening shift only for boys of the Commerce stream. The college is affiliated to the in order to impart instruction to students of B.A. (both Pass & Honours), B. Sc. (both Pass & Honours), and B. Com. (both Pass & Honours).

S.A. Jaipuria College Admission Eligibility
- Candidates seeking admission to B.Com, Honours course need to have at least 45% in aggregate in WBCHSE (+2 level) or any other equivalent examination. The candidate also must have pass marks in Mathematics in the +2 results.
- Candidates seeking for admission in B.A. Honours course must have 45% marks in aggregate and pass marks in the concerned subject(s). B.Sc. Honours course seekers must have 50% in aggregate.

- Chemistry Hons: Aggregate 65% + 60% in Chemistry, 45% in Mathematics and 45% in Physics

- Bengali Hons: Aggregate 50% + 50% (Gr. A) / 60% (Gr. B)in Bengali
- History Hons: Aggregate 50% + 45% in History or 40% in English (Gr. A)/ 45% in English (Gr. B)
- Philosophy Hons: Aggregate 50% + 50% in Philosophy / 45% in English (Gr. B) / 40% in English (Gr. A)

- Must have 50% aggregate with 45% marks in Mathematics
S.A. Jaipuria College Admission Procedure:
UG course Application Forms
- The application forms for admission in the UG course are available in the College office.
- The forms are made available immediately after the publication of the WBCHSE (+2 results).
- The completely filled admission forms should be submitted to the College office along with the required documents including: +2 mark sheet, admit card, transfer certificate (for students coming from any other college in the middle of the session), a letter from the legal or natural guardian appointing a local guardian for those students who does not stay with the natural guardian.
- Those candidates who are selected need to secure their admission in the college by full payment of the required fees. Seat reservation is not possible.
