About NMKRV College for women
The history of NKRV College for Women can be traced back to 1971 when it was founded as a Junior College for the education of women in Bangalore. It is managed and administered by the Rashtriya Shikshana Samiti Trust (RSST). NMKRV is located at Jayanagar. This women's college in Bangalore enjoys academic freedom as it has acquired the autonomous status.

The library of NMKRV College for Women stores more than 48,000 books, 30 magazines and 10 newspapers. The College also encourages the girls to take part in various co curricular and extra curricular activities. MS Mamta Mabeen and Ms Pramila Bhat who were captains of Indian Cricket team are alumni of NMKRV. Attention is also paid in updating the equipment and technology in the laboratories of the college.

NMKRV College Admissions

For admission to the B.A. Courses at NMKRV College candidates need to pass the 10+2 level examination of any combination with at least 35% marks.
