Faculty of Management Studies, FMS was established in the year1954 as a constituent institute of the . Over the past years the institute has grown significantly in terms of the number of courses offered and the standard of education. Faculty of Management Studies, FMS also has exchange programmes as well as collaborative arrangements with some of the leading management institutions, major industrial and corporate houses and professional organizations in India and abroad.

FMS Admissions
2-year full time MBA program Eligibility Criteria
For admissions to the 2-year full time MBA program at FMS, Candidates must have a 3-year bachelor's degree in the following disciplines with the given cut off percentages:
- Sciences - 55%
- Arts, Commerce or Social Sciences - 50%
- Mathematics or Statistics - 60%
- Medicine, Technology or Engineering - 60% / CGPA of minimum 6.00 in a scale of 10.00
Candidates with a 2nd Degree examination after 10+2+3 or Post Graduate Degree having secured minimum 60% marks are also eligible to apply for admission to the full time MBA program at Faculty of Management Studies.

FMS Selection Process
Eligible candidates have to fill out the application forms and send it by post to the Faculty of Management Studies, in University of Delhi.
Eligible candidates will have to take a written test.
On the basis of the test marks, applicants will be called for an interview, followed by an ex-tempore and a group discussion.
At the time of interview, candidates have to furnish their original mark-sheets and certificates. Final list of selected candidates shall be announced after the interviews.
Eligibility Criteria for 3-year pat- time MBA program
For admissions to the 3-year part time MBA program at FMS, Candidates are required to pass graduation examinations with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
Applicants must have a minimum of three years work experience as an executive or an administrator in an industrial or government establishment.
Selection procedure for the 3-year part time MBA program is the same as the procedure used for selecting candidates to the 2-year full time MBA program at FMS.
Admission test for enrollment in MBA full time program at FMS in the year 2009 is on
11th January 2009. Admission test for enrollment in MBA part time program at FMS in the year 2009 is on 25th January 2009. The forms for admission for the full time and part time MBA program will be sold from 20th October 2008 and the last date of submission of the same is 1st December 2008.
