A special thanks from IndiaEdu team to all the people who voted for “Education Capital of India” in EduElections
26 cities were nominated
EduElections, an education poll organized by IndiaEdu, has come to an end on 21st Feb 2012. It was both encouraging and humbling to know that our effort to find out the “Education Capital of India” was appreciated by so many of you. Thanks for all your wonderful and supportive comments. Reading your messages really made the experience worthwhile.
It was a great contest with a cut-throat competition between Delhi and Kolkata. But by the end of the voting, Kolkata beat Delhi by 13 votes and won the crown of “Education Capital of India”. Delhi grabbed second place followed by Bangalore, Chennai and Pune.
We would like to congratulate Kolkata for winning the contest and all those users who voted for it. We are very grateful for the overwhelming support received from our users.
