Medical College Chandigarh, B.D.S at Dr. Harvansh Singh Judge Institute of Dental Sciences, B.A.M.S. at Shri Dhantwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh, B.H.M.S. at Homeopathic Medical College, B.Pharma at University institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, B.A. LL.B (Hons) at University Institute of Legal Studies, P.U. & Punjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana and B.Sc. (H) in Anthropology, Bio Chemistry, Bio physics, Bio Technology, Botany, Computer Science, Chemistry, Geology Mathematics, Mathematics & Computing, Microbiology, Physics and Zoology at the Teaching Departments at the University Campus.

Obtaining the Application Form of Punjab University C.E.T:
The application forms for the Punjab University Common Entrance Test can be obtained by sending a request along with bank draft of Rs. 1380 drawn in favor of the Registrar, Punjab University, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh to the Manager Publication Bureau, P.U. Chandigarh. The postal Request for the Punjab Unibrversity C.E.T. should reach the concerned authorities on or before 4th April 2007.

The P.U.C.E.T Application Form can also be obtained by hand from the designated branches of State Bank of India (SBI). These branches are spread over the following cities-
Amritsar: Main Brancg Hall Bazar, Near Municipal Corporation Office.
Chandigarh: Sector, 14, 17 & 42.
Delhi: Delhi University Branch
Hoshiarpur: Main Branch, Civil Courts.

Submission of P.U.C.E.T. Application Form: Duly filled application forms should reach the CET Cell Punjab University, Chandigarh on or before 19th April 2007.
