Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination is conducted by Anna University on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu for admission to Professional (Engineering) courses in Tamil Nadu.
In determining the cut-off marks for admission to the 1st year courses the marks of TNPCEE is combined with the marks of class 12.
Eligibility:
Passed HSC or equivalent examination and those who are going to appear for such qualifying examination (HSC) in March-April are eligible to apply for the Entrance examination, provided they satisfy the other conditions of eligibility prescribed by the Admitting Authorities.
Pattern of Test:
The entrance Examination consists of following papers: Physical Science (including Physics and Chemistry) and Mathematics and Aptitude Test in Architecture (for those seeking admission in B.Arch).

Application form along with the Information Booklet can be had in person or by post during February from any of the following:
In Person: From the specified branches of Canara Bank/State Bank of India, Anna University Branch, Chennai 600025 or from Examination Centre, Anna University, Chennai.
By Post: From the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination, Exam Centre, Anna University, Chennai 600025 by sending Demand Draft towards the cost of application form.
The candidates can also apply through the website of the University.
