National Institute of Technology Warangal offers quality education in varied disciplines. The institute conducts the National Institute of Technology Warangal Entrance Test (NITWET) for admissions to various post graduate programs including Masters in Business Management. Based on the grade obtained in NITWET 2008, candidates will get admission into MBA program at National Institute of Technology, Warangal. Candidates with CAT /JMET rank card valid for academic year 2008 are eligible to directly apply for admission into MBA program. Important Dates for NITWET 2008
- Availability of application form: 7th March 2008
- Last date for receipt of filled in application form along with required DD by post /hand: 2nd May, 2008
- Dispatch of Admit card: 10th May, 2008
- Date & Time of Examination: 25th May 2008
- Date of Publication of Result in the Institute website (tentative): 2nd June 2008
- Counseling Dates (tentative): 23rd to 24th June, 2008

Eligibility for Admission to MBA Program in NIT
For admission to the MBA course in NIT, Warangal candidates should have a B.E, B. Tech. or an equivalent degree in any Engineering stream from a recognized University.
Candidates should have 1st class and a minimum of 60% marks in total or equivalent CGPA 6.5.
On the basis of the NITWET rank, short-listed candidates will be called for a round of Group Discussion/Interview scheduled to be held in the third week of June, 2008.
Candidates awaiting their final semester/year results are also eligible to apply. However they have to submit the final marks list prior to the date given by the Institute in case they are selected.

Completed application forms along with a crossed demand draft of Rs. 600/- (Rs.300 for SC/ST candidates) should be sent by Speed Post/Registered post super scribing NITWET-2008 on the envelope addressed to The Convener, NITWET - 2008, National Institute of Technology, Warangal - 506 021, A.P.
