Bharati Vidyapeeth University Medical Entrance Exam |
Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University conducts All India Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS courses in the following constituent colleges.
- Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College, Pune.
- Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Dental College & Hospital, Pune
- Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University College of Ayurveda, Pune.
- Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Homoeopathic Medical College, Pune.
In 2009, the BVU common entrance test for admission to the above mentioned courses would be held on 18th of May.
Eligibility: Passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Exam. (HSC) with at least 50% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST and pass in English)
For Admission to MBBS/BDS Course: The candidates should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained at least 50% marks in PCB taken together in the 10+2 (Science) exam or equivalent.
For admission to BAMS/BHMS: The candidates should have passed 10+2/HSC of equivalent examination in the subjects of PCB and English individually and must have obtained at least 50% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST). Candidates who have appeared for qualifying exam and results have not been declared may also apply. Medical fitness is required
