Introduction
The Common Pre-Medical Entrance Examination is conducted by the Uttaranchal Council of Entrance Examination. It is an association founded by the Private Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic, and Homeopathic colleges of Uttaranchal. In 2008 the Uttaranchal Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination will be held on 27th May 2008. Candidates would be able to download admit cards online from 24th May 2008.

Eligibility
For MBBS and BDS: - The candidates must have passed the 10+2 i.e ISC/Intermediate examination or equivalent examination with PCB and English with at least 50% marks.
For BAMS and BHMS: - The candidates who have passed the 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology are eligible.
For all the programmes, candidates should not be below 17 years of age.
Obtaining the Application form of Uttaranchal Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination: The application forms for Uttaranchal Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination can be obtained either in person (by paying an amount of 1150/- in cash or by draft) or through post by sending a demand draft of Rs. 1250/- drawn in favor of Uttaranchal Council of
Entrance Examination payable at Rishikesh. The forms are also available on cash payment at the following addresses-

Submission of Uttaranchal Common Pre Medical Entrance Test Form: The duly filled application form of Uttaranchal Common Pre Medical Entrance Test along with the enclosures should reach the Uttranchal Council of Entrance Examination, Seema Dental College and Hospital, Virbhadra Road, Rishikesh – 249203 on or before 12th May 2008.

Date of Issuing of Application Form: 8th April 2008 to 10th May 2008
Last Date of Receipt of Application Form: 12th May 2008
Date of Uttaranchal Common Pre-Medical Entrance Exam: 27th May 2008.
Expected Date of Declaration of Result: 15th June 2008.
