For admission to Poona College of Pharmacy, you can take B. Pharm Entrance Exam-2009. Founded in 1981, Poona College of Pharmacy offers B.Pharm course, apart from M. Pharm and Doctoral programs to the students. Recognized by UGC, All India Council for Technical Education and Pharmacy Council of India, it has elaborate infrastructure and excellent faculty. In 2000, this college became part of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University and you can sit for the B. Pharm Entrance Exam to get admission in the B.Pharm course here.
Eligibility for Poona College of Pharmacy B. Pharm Entrance Exam
- You have to clear H.S.C or Class XII in Science Stream and clear English with at least pass marks.
- You should have a minimum of 50% marks in Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Mathematics, with the given condition that all were taken together and cleared in one go. For the B.C category, the minimum percentage is 45%.
- If you are appearing for your final exam or expecting your results, you can also appear for the test.
Application Procedures for Poona College of Pharmacy B. Pharm Entrance Exam
- If you want to appear in the Entrance Test, you can collect the application form along with the information brochure by paying the Application fee and Rs 200 either over counter or by post.
- The Application fee for B. Pharm Entrance exam is Rs 600 while the fee for Entrance Test is Rs 700.

- After the application forms are released from the University office at Pune, you can wait for a week and then collect it from any Axis Bank branch in India by paying Rs 50 per information brochure in addition to its cost.
- You should draw separate demand drafts for the brochure and the test fee from Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd. or any Nationalized Bank. The DD should be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth University and payable at Pune. At the back of the DD, you should write the name of the examinee, the name of the exam and the candidate's contact number. The candidate should also write all his contact details separately on another paper.
- The students will be screened on the basis of the scores obtained in CET and selected for counseling.
Examination Centers:
The exam centers for the entrance test are located in Navi Mumbai, Pune, Vadodara and New Delhi. You can learn about the exact location of the exam center when you get your admission card.
