Introduction:
The Children’s Scholarship Fund (CSF) based in New York, grants financial assistance to families belonging to the economically weaker sections of the society for education of their children in private schools. Although the Fund does not provide for the entire tuition fees, it generally covers about 50% of the expenses actually incurred. Since the Children’s Foundation Scholarships got into the act of providing monetary assistance for children’s education since 1998, thousands of children from all parts of the United States of America have benefited from these scholarship programs which number about 40.

Eligibility for CSF Scholarships:
- The CSF scholarships are meant to provide for the elementary education of children from the kindergarten to the 8th standard
- Awarded to children who are more than 5 years old
- Financial assistance is given to all eligible children and the children can attend schools of their choice
