Introduction:
The Israel Government Scholarship is offered to interested candidates from the External Scholarships Division of the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India. This Department specializes in arranging for a large number of international scholarships to Indian students from foreign governments. The Scholarship is given in the following subjects:
- Agriculture Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- History
- Archeology
- International Relations
Eligibility:
The following are the eligibility criterion for the Israel Government Scholarships:
- Candidates should be around 33 years of age. However, for SC/ST candidates there is an age relaxation of 2 years
- Candidates should either be graduates or post graduates and should have obtained 60% marks.
Duration :
Five (5) Israel Government Scholarship from the External Scholarship Division Ministry of Human Resource and Development are offered for a period of 9 months.
Value of Scholarship
The Israel Government Scholarship provides for the following to be paid by the Israel Govt.
- tuition fees
- staying and living expenses
- health insurance
However, the to and fro air fare is to be paid either by the candidate himself or by the sponsor or the employer
