Suman Deep Vidyapith, Gujarat, owes its origin to Mansukhlal Shah, a visionary and philanthropic who is the founder chairman of K.M. Shah Charitable Trust (KMSCT). The Trust received its name from Shri Kanjibhai Manjibhai Shah, a businessman and father of the Chairman. The college aims to generate employment opportunities locally and provide best of the training to its students and instill in them a philanthropic mantra. It is a deemed university.
The university is located on outskirts of village Piparia, situated in the vicinity of Baroda.
Courses at Suman Deep Vidyapith, Gujarat:

Admission Details in 2008-09:
- For B.B.A course and M.B.A program, you should submit the application form by 6th June 2008 and 26th May, 2008 respectively.
- For admission to a certificate course in dental mechanics at K.M Shah Dental College & Hospital, you should be a 10+2 pass-out in science stream
- The AICET 2008 for MBBS and BDS will be held on 15th June, 2008. For appearing in AICET, you need to be a Class XII pass-out with PCB as subjects. The completed application forms for AICET 2008 should be sent to University office by 12th May, 2008. If you submit the application form late by 15th May, ’08, then you have to pay a late fine of Rs 500.
