Eligibility Criteria at Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education and Sports

• To apply for the undergraduate courses your age should be between 17 to 20 years.
• If you are seeking admission to B.Sc. (P.E., H.E & Sports) course, you must have passed Class XII Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, or other equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in the aggregate.
• You can also apply for the course if you have a certificate in Physical Education.
• If you have a good sports record in the past you are eligible to apply for the courses.

Application Procedure at Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education and Sports

• The application form and the prospectus will be sold from the 2nd week of May to the 1st week of June, on all working days at the institute.
• The cost of the form and the prospectus is Rs.100 if you collect it from the counter in cash. To get the form by post a DD for Rs.135 has to be drawn in favor of the Principal, IGIPESS payable at New Delhi.
• The forms will be sold till the 3rd week of June.
• Even if you belong to the SC/ST or OBC categories, you have to appear in the Entrance Test.
• The foreign students have to collect information from the office of the Foreign Students Advisor of Delhi University.
